Shipment processing time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Please do allow additional 1-2 business days of shipment delay if we are experiencing a high volume of orders during holidays/long weekends. We will be certain to contact you via email or telephone in the event of significant delay to ship out your order.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- As effective on 6/9/2021 Shipping rates will be calculated based on total weight and demographic provided by USPS/UPS at a discount rate.
- Above rates are applicable within US and US territories, and International shipments is calculated based on to Shipper's (UPS/USPS/DHL) provided rate.

- FedEx/UPS 3-5 business days
- USPS 3-5 business days
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States, but not preferred unless requested by buyer. Additional fee may apply.
- USPS services are deliverable to the following:
- P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
*Please note additional $30 shipping fee will apply to APO/FPO addresses. An invoice will be sent to email address on file.
*For PR and HI and additional $15 dollar shipping will be invoiced to email on file after order is placed.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once order(s) has shipped that will contain tracking number(s). Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update by carrier.
Please note that TrulyOppai is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit of shipment. If any of above mentioned event does occur we kindly ask you to contact the shipment carrier to inquire how you may file a claim. We advise customers to save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and if possible take good photos of damaged packaging, prior filing a claim.
